CHAD RYAN is a lifelong resident of Tipperary Hill and a dedicated small business owner who actively works to improve our community. With proven leadership on the Syracuse Common Council, Chad has championed initiatives for parks and green spaces, supported veterans’ affairs, and promoted youth programs. He remains deeply committed to our neighborhood through his involvement with the Tipp Hill Association, focusing on community quality of life and beautification projects. We need Chad Ryan in the county legislature to advocate for our residents and neighborhoods on critical issues that impact us all.
